Welcome to Marketplace 365 (“we,” “our,” “us”). By registering for a membership, you (“Member,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms:

1. Membership & Access

• Memberships are billed monthly, recurring until canceled.

• Access is tier-specific; each plan grants only the services and content listed at checkout.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

2. Payments & Renewals

• All fees are displayed in U.S. dollars and billed through our payment provider (Stripe/PayPal).

• Membership renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

• Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the My Account → Subscriptions page.

• Cancellations stop future billing; prior charges are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Trials (e.g., Business Plan 7-day trial) convert to paid unless canceled before trial ends.

4. Use of Services

• Members must not share login credentials with non-members.

• Content, tools, and courses are for personal/organizational use and may not be resold.

• We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

• All Marketplace 365 content (including Wisdom Builders Coach materials, training, and branding) remains our property.

• You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

• Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the membership in the past 3 months.

7. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms. Members will be notified by email or site notice.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
