📜 Marketplace 365 – Terms of Service

Welcome to Marketplace 365 (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing or using any membership, you (“Member,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing registration.

1. Membership & Access

Memberships are subscription-based and billed on a recurring basis until canceled.
Each membership tier (Wealth Builders, Business, Non-Profit) grants specific benefits and access to protected content.
Your login credentials are personal and may not be shared with non-members.

2. Payments & Renewals

All fees are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
If payment fails, your access may be suspended until resolved.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time from your My Account → Subscriptions page.
Cancellations stop future billing but do not refund previous charges.
Free trials (e.g., Business Plan 7-day trial) automatically convert to paid memberships unless canceled before the trial ends.

4. Use of Services

Members agree not to misuse Marketplace 365 services, coaching materials, or training resources.
Content may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, training, and brand assets provided through Marketplace 365 are the property of Marketplace 365.
Use is limited to your membership level for personal or organizational growth.

6. Disclaimers

Marketplace 365 provides educational and coaching resources — we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the last three (3) months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
